PostgreSQL 13 Beta upgrade availability
Change effective on 21 January 2021
As of today you are able to use pg:upgrade and pg:copy to upgrade to Postgres 13.
The beta period is available for customers to test non-production apps and tooling on Postgres 13 in preparation for later upgrades.
