Changes to webhooks deliveries

Change effective on 14 December 2020

Webhooks users will now be able to only retrieve the most recent seven days’ worth of deliveries with a maximum of 300 records per webhook from the webhooks-deliveries endpoint. Event deliveries will also only attempt retries for 72 hours. If the code handling the webhooks notification fails for more than 72 hours, we will not retry those deliveries and we will discard them.
