Command-line generation of 2FA recovery codes is deprecated

Change effective on 22 October 2020

We have deprecated the heroku auth:2fa:generate-recovery-codes command. It will be removed from the Heroku CLI on January 31st, 2021.

Instead, you should set up two-factor recovery options via the Heroku Dashboard.
