Legacy Dataclips interface to be discontinued on July 1st

Change effective on 19 June 2019

Beginning 1 July 2019, Heroku Dataclips will be available exclusively from the new web interface at data.heroku.com/dataclips. The legacy interface at dataclips.heroku.com will be discontinued.
