The following new runtime versions are now available for PHP applications:

- PHP 7.3.5
The following extensions have been updated:

ext-imagick, version 3.4.4 -
ext-rdkafka, version 3.1.0
The libcassandra library used by the ext-cassandra extensions has been updated to version 2.12.0 (heroku-16 and heroku-18 stacks only).
The version of Composer used during builds has been updated to 1.8.5.
