Apache Kafka 2.1.1 is now available

Apache Kafka 2.1.1 is now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku. You can use this with your addon creation by passing --version 2.1 to your heroku addons:create heroku-kafka command. Please see Dev Center for more details.
