App webhooks management available in Dashboard

Change effective on 24 April 2018

App webhooks management is now available in the Heroku Dashboard. The webhooks interface can be found by going to the Dashboard page for your app and to the dropdown menu below “More”. You will see an option to “View Webhooks.”
