Apache Kafka 1.0.1 Now Available

Apache Kafka 1.0.1 is now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku. You can use this with your addon creation by passing --version 1.0 to your heroku addons:create heroku-kafka command. Please see Dev Center for more details.
