SSL Required for all Standard and Premium tier Heroku Postgres databases from March 2018

Change effective on 01 February 2018

All Heroku Postgres production databases on the Common Runtime (all Standard and Premium plans) will be required to use SSL from March 2018. This change will ensure that communications between applications and the database remain secure.
