Heroku Connect now supports Salesforce API v41.0

Change effective on 24 October 2017

Heroku Connect now defaults to version 41.0 of the Salesforce API, the latest version available in the Winter ‘18 release. Learn how to specify the API version at connection creation on the Heroku Dev Center.
