November 2016 PHP updates

Change effective on 10 November 2016

The following new runtime versions are now available for PHP applications:

  • PHP 5.6.28
  • PHP 7.0.13

The following PHP extensions have been updated:

  • ext-apcu, version 5.1.7
  • ext-event, version 2.2.1
  • ext-mongodb, version 1.1.9
  • ext-newrelic, version 6.8.0

The version of Composer using during builds and available at runtime is now 1.2.2.
