Private Spaces Dyno DNS Registry available in beta

Dyno DNS Registry enables dynos in a private space to look up the IP address of other dynos using DNS. This greatly simplifies construction and deployment of micro services patterns where a logical application is composed of many granular components that communicate with each other at high fidelity and low latency.

This feature is available in beta and must be manually enabled on a per app basis. The feature is only available in Private Spaces.
