App Favorites jumpiness has been fixed

Change effective on 08 June 2016

In response to user feedback we’ve fixed the issue with jumpiness of Application Favorites as the metrics data was loading. The format of app configuration information has changed slightly, including the addition of code version. Refer to Dev Center for more information on App Favorites.
