Enhanced Events Context GA'd for Application Metrics

Change effective on 19 May 2016

To give users more information about errors and activities in the Application Metrics Events Table we have promoted the enhanced events context feature from beta to production.

For errors we added a description of the error code. For user-initiated activities we display who made the change and specifics about what the change was. More information about events is available in the Application Metrics Dev Center article.
