Change in Dashboard Metrics policy for legacy dyno pricing plans

Change effective on 18 December 2015

Going forward new production Dashboard Metrics features will only be available to customers on newer 1x, 2x and Px pricing plans. The first feature in this category is high resolution metrics. The note on availability of Metrics per dyno type on the Application Metrics article was updated to reflect this change.
