One minute resolution and sticky timeframe now in production for Dashboard Metrics

Change effective on 16 December 2015

Based on overwhelmingly positive customer feedback we are releasing 1 minute resolution metrics into production. This view is available for the past 2 hours, in addition to the older 24 hour, 10 minute resolution view. Additionally, we have made timeframe selection sticky through the addition of a url parameter. For more information on data resolution see the Dev Center Metrics documentation.
