Deployment events and new Events table in production for Dashboard Metrics

Change effective on 10 November 2015

Based on positive user feedback we have promoted deployment events to production. The former Errors table has been renamed to Events and will continue to display error codes, in addition to other types of events. See the Events section of the Application Metrics article for more details.
