New warning error category for Dashboard Metrics

Change effective on 09 November 2015

To help users triage application errors, we have added a third error code category, warning. Errors are now categorized by severity into critical (red), warning (orange), and informational (gray). The associated Dev Center documentation is in the Application Metrics article.
