Cedar-10 has reached its end-of-life

Change effective on 05 November 2015

The Cedar-10 stack has reached its end-of-life. Cedar-10 apps will keep running but you can no longer create new builds for them. Upgrade apps to Cedar-14 to re-enable builds.

Heroku is ending support for Cedar-10 because the Ubuntu operating system version that the stack is based on is no longer maintained by Canonical.
