New Dashboard Metrics plot layout toggle and default non-compact view

Change effective on 28 September 2015

Based on user feedback we’ve restored the default plot view in Dashboard Metrics to the older, horizontal stacked view with the option to toggle to the more compact view. See the Dev Center docs for additional information. Thanks to all who have provided feedback so far. We read it all, so keep it coming.
