Node.js platform now defaults to version 4.1.1

Change effective on 24 September 2015

Node.js recently moved from 0.12.x to 4.x, now up to version 4.1.1. We have updated the default stable version of node - which is installed when a version is not specified for a node app - from 0.12.7 to 4.1.1.

As always, we recommend specifying the exact version of node that has been tested with your app.
