The Bamboo stack reached its end-of-life

Change effective on 16 June 2015

The Bamboo stack reached its end-of-life today. All Bamboo application dynos will be scaled to zero, leaving add-ons and databases intact.

For any remaining Bamboo applications, we encourage you to migrate to the Cedar-14 stack in order to scale your dynos up again.
