Build and app-setup APIs now require HTTPS source_blob:url

Change effective on 29 August 2014

Starting today, the source_blob:url part of the payloads for calls to the build-create and app-setup-create endpoints require HTTPS urls. We’re making this change to improve security for users of these APIs.
