New error code for Cedar apps using Bamboo HTTP routing

Change effective on 25 September 2013

There is a new HTTP error code: H70 - Access to Bamboo HTTP endpoint denied.

Cedar apps routing HTTP traffic through the legacy Bamboo routing stack should reconfigure DNS according to the custom domains guide.

Existing apps are currently exempt.
