July 2024 PHP updates

The Apache HTTP web server has been updated from version 2.4.59 to version 2.4.61.

Several vulnerabilities have been fixed in Apache HTTP that may affect how certain rewrite rules are handled. If your application inadvertently used vulnerable rewrite rules, they may need updating. For more information, refer to the list of changes for Apache 2.4.60.

The Nginx web server now uses up-to-date default MIME type definitions from the current upstream release, and additionally will serve .mjs files as text/javascript in accordance with RFC 9239.

The blackfire CLI agent program used by ext-blackfire has been updated to version 2.28.7.
