Upcoming changes to heroku pg:info output

Change effective on 06 May 2024

On May 7, 2024, we’re changing the output in the Rollback field in heroku pg:info for databases that support rollback and don’t have an available backup. The Rollback field now shows Capturing Snapshot instead of Temporarily Unavailable. This change updates the field to show the accurate state when the first backup is in progress.
