Apache Kafka 2.6.2 and 2.7.1 are now EOL

Change effective on 13 December 2023

Apache Kafka 2.6.2 and 2.7.1 are now EOL for Apache Kafka on Heroku. Deprecated Kafka clusters will automatically migrate to the next available version of Kafka after January 10, 2024. We recommend upgrading to the latest version, 2.8.2, before this date. To upgrade, see Upgrading Kafka Versions.
