Colorized and stylized build log output now available in Dashboard

ANSI escape sequences that render text colors, intensity, italics, and underlines into terminals are now rendered in Heroku Dashboard’s build logs. New and existing application build logs and Heroku CI logs that include ANSI escape sequences, such as \033[1m for bold or high-intensity text, or \x1b[34m for red text, now appear in Heroku Dashboard in a matching style.
