Kafka on Heroku Supports More Partitions Per Broker

Change effective on 15 June 2021

Starting today, all Apache Kafka on Heroku on versions 1.1 and newer can have up to 4,000 partitions per broker. The overall limit for the cluster is equal to 4000 x Number of brokers in cluster.
