Audit logs for team membership events added

Change effective on 23 March 2021

Starting March 16, 2021, there are 3 new events types in Audit Trails: team_membership.create, team_membership.destroy, and team_membership.update.

Starting on this date, any new, updated, or removed permissions on an Enterprise Team will be reflected in the audit trails for the associated Enterprise Account. Team membership events which occurred before March 16, 2021 will not be reflected in these audit logs.
