New Go versions available

Change effective on 11 March 2021

The following Go versions are now available on Heroku:

  • 1.15.9 (will be used when go1.15 is specified)
  • 1.16.1 (will be used when go1.16 is specified)

Note there’s currently an issue with Go 1.16 and installing commands/packages not referenced by the main module. See here for more details and discussion.
