Apache Kafka 2.4.1 is now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku

Apache Kafka 2.4.1 is now available for Apache Kafka on Heroku. You can use this with your addon creation by passing --version 2.4 to your heroku addons:create heroku-kafka command. Please see Dev Center for more details.
