Heroku Postgres' Fork feature is now GA

Fork, allows you to create a byte-for-byte clone of your data with no load on your production database. Fork makes migration testing, load testing, and replicating data between environments possible for all developers. The fork feature is now GA. See the Heroku Postgres documentation for more.
