Clojure applications now use Leiningen 2.9.1

Change effective on 12 August 2019

Heroku’s support for Clojure applications now uses Leiningen 2.9.1. You can customize the version of Leiningen by adding a lein script to the bin/ directory in your app’s repo. For more information, see the Heroku Dev Center documentation for Clojure.
