32X Heroku CI Parallel Test Runs Available for Limited Private Beta

As a response to customer feedback, we’ve updated our Parallel Test Runs product to now support up to 32 dynos. Parallel Test Runs enable you to distribute your App’s test suite across multiple dynos to substantially reduce execution time.
