Python 2.7.15 now available on Heroku-18 stack

Python 2.7.15 is now available on the Heroku-18 stack. With this addition, all currently supported Heroku stacks now support the most recent patch of all actively supported Python runtime versions (defined as branches with the status bugfix in the official Python Developer’s Guide).

Heroku’s EOL dates for Python runtime versions match the EOL dates specified in the official Python Developer’s Guide. Python runtime versions that have moved to security status are deprecated on Heroku.
