Deployhooks Email Feature Deprecated

Change effective on 09 May 2018

The Deployhooks add-on has had its Email Hook deprecated. All existing installs of Deployhooks which use the Email Hook plan will remain functional. New installs will default to the HTTP Hook, and Email Hook will not be an option.
