Heroku Connect Now Provides Free Unlimited Salesforce Streaming API Events

Heroku Connect is now allowlisted in its use of the Salesforce Streaming API. The streaming API is leveraged to trigger on-demand polls in response to data change notification from Salesforce.

The option to enable use of the streaming API is surfaced in the Connect user interface as the Accelerated Polling setting in the Mapping Editor. Please reference this KB article for important details on how to ensure that your connection(s) are eligible for this benefit.
