Go 1.10 is now supported

Change effective on 16 February 2018

Go 1.10 was released earlier today and is now supported on Heroku.

You can use Go 1.10 when building your applications by specifying go1.10 as the Go version. See this Heroku Devcenter article for more information on how to specify the Go version for the dependency manager you are using.
