Heroku-16 and Cedar-14 stack images updated to support PostgreSQL 10 clients
Change effective on 11 January 2018
The Heroku Cedar-14 and Heroku-16 stack images have been updated:
- The included PostgreSQL client tools and libraries have been updated to PostgreSQL 10, to go with PostgreSQL 10 support in Heroku Postgres.
- All installed packages have been updated to their latest versions, to address a number of security advisories.
The new stack image will be rolled out automatically in the next 24 hours. You do not need to redeploy your app or restart your dynos.
