Heroku CI In-Dyno Database Buildpacks Now Generally Available

Change effective on 19 December 2017

In-Dyno database buildpacks for Postgres and Redis are now available to use in Heroku CI. In-Dyno databases are temporary and non-persistent, but require less network bandwidth and are more flexible than their production add-on counterparts. This results in improved flexibility and performance for ephemeral apps used in Heroku CI.

Developers who wish to use In-Dyno databases should refer to the docs to get started.

In-Dyno database use is presently recommended only for Heroku CI.
