Node.js now defaults to 6.11.1

Change effective on 12 July 2017

Due to security updates on all active Node.js releases, we’ve updated our default node binary to the latest Long-Term-Support release patch, 6.11.1. If you have a node app running on Heroku, you should test and then specify the latest version of your node branch, then redeploy your app.
