PHP 7.1 now available

Change effective on 02 December 2016

PHP applications on Heroku may now select PHP 7.1.0 as their runtime.

All extensions supported on PHP 7.0 can be used, except for the imagick and phalcon extensions, which are not yet compatible with PHP 7.1.

In addition, the following extensions have been updated:

  • ext-mongodb, version 1.2.0
  • ext-phalcon, version 3.0.2
  • ext-rdkafka, version 2.0.1
