Heroku Help lets you search Dev Center articles and Stack Overflow discussions from a single location, making it easy to find answers to your Heroku-specific questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, you can open a support ticket directly with our support staff by clicking the “Contact Heroku Support” button. We will respond to your ticket within a few business days.
We provide basic support free-of-charge to all our users, even those who are not paying customers. We describe in detail what this means in our support policy.
